We have a superb range of conference rooms, meeting rooms and training room facilities available to hire by the hour or by the day. All conference and meeting room facilities are available to external companies for hire, and can accommodate between 2 and 40 delegates from £15 per hour.

Whether you are planning a regular meeting or a larger conference, Portsmouth Technopole is fully equipped with state-of-the-art presentation equipment, there is plenty of parking and catering facilities are available.

Portsmouth Technopole is easily located just off the M275 at the entrance to Portsmouth, close to the Ferry Port, making the journey for your guests that much easier. A Travelodge Hotel is also located just a moment’s walk away if guests need to stay overnight.

Bradbury Suite

This spacious meeting room which is located on our top floor has fantastic views over the port and can host up to 40 people theatre style.

Fully equipped with a ceiling mounted LCD projector with amplifiers and an Interactive Whiteboard, this room has the flexibility to cater for large theatre style meetings or group syndicate style training days. Refreshments and catering are facilitated in the internal breakout area where a fully equipped Kenco vending machine is also available.

 

Seuss Suite

With tasteful but simple décor and fully equipped with a Kenco vending machine, this room is ideal for boardroom style meetings, seating up to 16 people.

This room is fully equipped with a Kenco vending machine which offers a selection of hot drinks such as tea, coffee, cappuccino and hot chocolate.

 

Twain Suite

Smaller but just as well formed as its larger counterparts, this room can accommodate up to 10 people, perfect for client meetings or training sessions, also fully equipped with a Kenco vending machine, which offers a selection of hot drinks such as tea, coffee, cappuccino and hot chocolate.

 

Meyer Suite

This smaller meeting room is located on the ground floor and is ideal for meetings with up to 6 people.

There is a complimentary flip chart easel in the room, and refreshments can be provided upon request.
