Faculty of Business and Law – Student Projects and Postgraduate Placements

Business Consultancy Projects – runs from October to March, applications currently being accepted for start date October 2018. Small teams of final year undergraduate students work on a business problem for organisation delivering recommendations for the organisation to implement. This is currently open for business to apply for.

MSc Human Resource Management – runs from January to March, next intake will be January 2019. This is a post-graduate placement of 15 days with a student studying HRM. Students are looking for general HR experience and the ability to research a HRM problem (this is agreed in conjunction with the employer). This is currently open for businesses to apply for.

MSc Business and Management – runs from January to March, next intake will be January 2019. This is a post-graduate placement of 15 days with a student studying Business and Management. Students are looking for general management experience and the ability to research a business project (this is agreed in conjunction with the employer). Applications welcomed from September 2018 onward.

MSc International Business Management – runs from May through to September. Next intake will be May 2019. This is a post-graduate placement of at least 6 weeks and maximum 12 weeks. Bulk of students will be international limiting maximum hours per week worked to 20. Students are looking for general management experience. Expressions of interest welcomed from January 2019.

MA Marketing – two options: from January or May. Next intake will be January 2019. This is a post-graduate placement, the placement from January will be 15 days while the May placement is 6 to 12 weeks. Students are looking for exposure to marketing work. Applications welcomed from August 2018.

MA Digital Marketing - two options: from January or May. Next intake will be January 2019. This is a post-graduate placement, the placement from January will be 15 days while the May placement is 6 to 12 weeks. Students are looking for exposure to digital marketing work specifically. Applications welcomed from August 2018.
