Coming from a sales background, Pete has always worked with cutting edge technology companies, including both the Audio Visual and Telecomms industry. Not a fan of hard sells, Pete has always maintained that the product has to be right, and naturally fits the team ethos here at the Portsmouth Technopole.
Richard comes to Oxford Innovation with a wealth of business and senior management experience gained in the Technology, Marketing and Consulting departments of leading global companies like Credit Suisse, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen. He established and grew a successful start-up business in the Middle East.
Sophie re-joined the Technopole team in 2007 after a short sabbatical organising a previous client's business. She now spends her day organising the conference rooms, responding to IT and telecom requests, dealing with accounts queries and helping the customers with any issues or requests.
Hailing from a background in high pressure, high volume call handling, Emma knows how to keep a cool head when the centre gets busy, and can be found meeting and greeting visitors in the reception area. Emma is also responsible for our social media networking, and promoting our busy events calendar.

Academics was established in 2002 and specialises in providing daily supply of short term, long term and permanent recruitment solutions to schools across the UK.
Borngifted were founded by Penny and Jim Wilson in 2002 and they are an e-commerce business focusing on the toys sector and baby gifts.
Etch provides their customers with high standards of craftsmanship, using the latest devices, such as their laser – etch machine.
Hampshire Hypnotherapy is run by Lorraine Gleeson and Pete Bateman who both have strong therapist backgrounds, they run a number of sessions with clients for personal as well as work related problems.
Sevacare provides over 100,000 hours of care and support to 9,600 people around their 54 branches in the UK.
